SAGE: Smoke Missing Mirrors cocktail
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Paul Beau VS Cognac
ยฝ oz Cocchi Torino
ยฝ oz Hardy Pineau des Charentes
2 dashes Lavender Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir all ingredients over ice.
Using a torch, burn a stave of bourbon barrel wood until it starts to smoke, then quickly place the glass over to capture the smoke.
Present to your guest, lifting the glass and releasing the smoke.
Pour chilled cocktail into glass.
