Brian Washington Palmer’s Mexican Wedding Cocktail
1 1/2 ounces Pueblo Viejo Blanco
1/2 ounces Vida Mezcal
1 bar spoon of Agave Nectar
1 ounce Mango Puree
3/4 ounces of Fresh Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients together. Rim a highball glass with Old Bay sugar and salt mix. Serve cocktail on the rocks and garnish with a lime wedge.
