Branizino recipe for the home chef:
1 each filet of Branizino
1 whole lemon, cut in half
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped oregano
2 tablespoon EVOO
salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything In a small bowl. Season your fish with salt and pepper. Then pour and rub your marinade over the fish.
Let sit for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Get your grill hot. Then place your fish skin side down. Grill on both sides for about 4 mins on each side.
Serve with a lemon and drizzle a little EVOO over the fish.
