DESCRIPTION:Our Mission\nEmpower every LGBTQ+ person to live as their true self. \nOur Vision\nA future where all LGBTQ+ people are valued and celebrated for who they are. \nOur Values\nTransparency – We value the trust held in the Twin Cities Pride organization. As we grow\, so will our efforts to identify areas for improvement. This will include\, but not be limited to\, our programming and our communications. We will always seek the truth and expect the same from our partners. \nInclusion – We value the strength and power in our collective self. Our goal is to make an inclusive\, accessible\, and safe space for all LGBTQ+ people and their allies. Through the scope and diversity of our programming\, we encourage everyone to feel empowered to express their true authentic self. \nEducation – We value continuous learning as an organization. Our efforts will include sharing our generational knowledge and ongoing evolution as a people and a movement. We will create awareness on current issues\, and we promise to grow to be better leaders within the LGBTQ+ Pride movement. \nRespect – We value and respect the different perspectives of our stakeholders. We promise to listen and strive to create an environment of understanding\, to amplify each of our voices\, and forge a path forward as a unified group.
