Pride’s purpose
Stockholm Pride is for those who feel involved in and respect the culture that has its roots in the lives of gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex people. The association manifests this by organizing the cultural festival Stockholm Pride every year. Stockholm Pride is party-political and religiously unbound.
Stockholm Pride works to strengthen the life situation and rights of LGBTQ+ people. The association’s endeavor is to make visible the heteronorm and LGBTQ+ people in society at large. The festival is a joyful free zone for LGBTQ+ people, and works to enable LGBTQ+ people to take a place in the public space.
Passport Magazine has always been a resource to guide, inspire and encourage LGBTQ travelers and their friends to discover deeper, richer and more fulfilling experiences at home and around the world through compelling story-telling online, in print, with video and through live events.
