Our Mission
Rhode Island Pride brings together the greater LGBTQIA+ community to commemorate our diverse heritage, foster inclusion, educate and create awareness of issues, and celebrate achievements in equality.
Our History
Rhode Island Pride was formed in 1976 as part of a grassroots effort to demand equal rights and bring visibility to the LGBTQ+ community.
Passport Magazine has always been a resource to guide, inspire and encourage LGBTQ travelers and their friends to discover deeper, richer and more fulfilling experiences at home and around the world through compelling story-telling online, in print, with video and through live events.
