We, the CSD Dresden eV , see ourselves as a mouthpiece for lesbians, gays, bi- and trans*ident people in Dresden and Saxony and thus also as a catalyst for the elimination of current grievances, such as the continued discrimination against the aforementioned groups of people in, for example, politics and society.
At the end of 2001, CSD Dresden eV was spun off from Gerede Dresden eV and has since then independently and voluntarily organized the annual Christopher Street Day in Dresden, which takes place in early summer.
